Return Policy

Welcome to our return policy. We understand that not every purchase may meet your expectations, which is why we offer the option to return products under certain conditions. Please read this policy carefully, as agreeing to our terms is binding at the time of purchase, and no exceptions will be made.

Is it Possible to Return My Order?

Yes, you can return your order if you are not satisfied with the items you have received. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Complete Order: The order must include all appropriate parts, components, and the original packaging, which should be in the same condition as when you received it.

  2. Product Handling: The product should show only normal handling. Breakage due to careless handling will not be accepted.

  3. Defective Products: If the product is found to be defective immediately upon receipt, it can be returned under these conditions.

  4. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We are entitled to charge the customer for these costs.

  5. Processing Time: Returns will be processed within 7 working days of receipt. If the conditions are met, we will officially acknowledge the return within this period.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How to Initiate a Return

If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to initiate the returns process:

  1. Email Request: Send an email to support@alpynature.com with the following details:

    • Your order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • A photo of the product if it is damaged
    • Your first and last name
    • Your address
  2. Return Approval: Once we receive your email, we will review your request and provide you with the correct return address. Please do not send the return to the sender’s address; we will supply you with the appropriate return address.

  3. Track & Trace: A track & trace code is required for all returns. Share this code with us so we can track your package. Without this code, we cannot track the shipment, and your right to a refund will lapse.

Refund Policy

Upon receipt and inspection of your return at our warehouse, you will receive an email regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 14 days. If you have not received a refund after 14 days, please check your bank account again, and if necessary, contact us for further assistance.

Cost of Return Shipping

The cost of returning the product is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace for your security.

**IMPORTANT: All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense. No returns will be accepted without prior approval or if they do not comply with the above conditions.**
